On the morning of September 16, 2023 Asian Aerospace and Astronautics Conference (AAAC) opened in Wuhan. The conference was hosted by the Association of Science and Engineering and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, with co-organization by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and York University, among others. Experts and scholars from various countries and regions gathered to engage in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge theories and industry developments in the field of aerospace.
9月16日上午，首届亚洲航空航天会议（AAAC 2023）在武汉开幕。本次会议由科学与工程协会、华中科技大学主办，香港理工大学、南京理工大学、约克大学等协办。来自不同国家和地区的专家学者，齐聚一堂，围绕航空航天的前沿理论和行业发展深入交流研讨。
At the opening ceremony, the conference chair, Professor Li Renfu from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, delivered an address. He noted that AAAC serves as an international academic forum, providing a premier platform for experts and scholars to exchange cutting-edge theories and practical achievements in the field of aerospace. AAAC remains committed to expanding this platform for academic exchange and continuing to serve professionals from industry, academia, and research institutions within the aerospace sector. Subsequently, the publicity chair, Professor Chen Danhe from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, provided an overview of the conference’s preparatory and organizational work. The event features two keynote presentations and two invited talks, with over 30 additional experts and scholars set to share their latest research findings throughout the conference.
开幕式上，大会主席，华中科技大学李仁府教授发表致辞，AAAC作为的面向国际的学术盛会，为专家学者提供了交流航空航天领域前沿理论、实践成果的优良平台。AAAC将不断努力，搭建更大学术交流平台，持续服务航空航天领域的产学研工作者。随后，宣传主席，南京理工大学陈丹鹤教授在致辞中介绍了此次会议前期筹备及组织情况。会议邀请了2位专家作大会主题报告，2位专家作邀请报告。另有30余名专家学者将在会议中分享最新研究成果。
Subsequently, Professor Chih-Yung Wen from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Professor Zheng Hong Zhu from York University (Canada) delivered keynote presentations, while Professor Wang Yan from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Professor Shi Lei from Northwestern Polytechnical University gave invited talks. They shared their latest research progress in compelling presentations that were very well received.
接着，香港理工大学Chih-Yung Wen教授，加拿大约克大学Zheng Hong Zhu教授做了主旨报告；南京航空航天大学王岩教授，西北工业大学石磊教授做了邀请报告。他们就各自最新的研究进展做了精彩的报告分享，反响热烈。
The three-day conference features four sessions—conducted both online and in person—covering four thematic areas: novel propulsion technologies based on combustion modes; system design and safety analysis in aerospace engineering; aircraft structural design and wing aerodynamics; and the simulation and performance evaluation of aeronautical systems and engines.
据悉，此次会议为期3天，设4个线上线下分会场，分为4个主题方向，包括基于燃烧模式的新型推进技术，航空航天工程中的系统设计及安全分析，飞机结构设计与机翼气动性分析，航空系统及发动机性能仿真与评估等。
The conference paper has been included in IOP-JPCS and successfully indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
